When I click on Warranty & information, It's got problem

Hi There,

I'm not sure what I did do wrong but now everytime I press Access IBM button, and then click on Warranty & Parts - It only shows part numbers in the first column, but second column FRU Description shows unavailable. What did I do wrong? Is there any way to retrieve back those information?

I think it should call out XML file somewhere but I couldn't really figure this out.
