"Network" conflict in device manager..which driver

Just did a clean install and this is the only one that I can't find a driver for. Anyone?

If you did a clean install using IBM Recovery CD's / F11 re-image, then call the IBM Help Line. They can get you going and an X40 should be still under warranty. You can download all the IBM drivers if you don't wish to do this and apply them yourself.

I actually did the install without the recovery cds. I lost those:(
