Hello forum.
Just wonder if anybody can report any experience in how IBM service handles questions of goodwill policy. Guess my T40 is kind of wrecked. Seemingly everybody else here thinks the same, as I got no reply to a help request (http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=41384)...
Now: the laptop was in repair for that issue two times and they did not fix it in warranty time. I was not in Germany and did not use the laptop for a while - afterwards I tried to reinstall everything and hope it would be a software bug...right...what you think about the chances that IBM would try again to repair the laptop, in reference to the old warranty that is already gone for nearly a year now...?
Experiences with goodwill at IBM anybody?
Greeting,
wunderer
