T40 vs T41

i have t40 with same spesification with my friend's t41. is there any basic hardware difference between them? i mean if the spesification is really the same, then what is the different between t40 and t41? i'm confused..

Main diffs are memory bus speed (333 vs 266MHz) and APS.

APS = Active Protection System (for your hard drive)
