Quick Driver Update

After the clean install of Windows and getting the Ethernet driver to work, I now need to update all of the drivers for my computer. Doesn't IMB/Lenovo have a program that automatically determines what drivers you need, downloads the drivers, and then installs them?

Can't seem to find it!

Can you please tell me where I find this program and what it is called?

It sounds crazy, but it's called "Software Installer"!
