Hello Everyone,
I just picked up a used T20 to do some school work. And I have been having a lot of fun with this great machine. But I have encountered a high pitch sound that occurs whenever the machine is at idle. But when the processor is running a job the sound stops then continues when the machine is idle again. But I have found when I place headphones into the speaker jack the sound stops, but starts immediately when I takeout the headphones out of the jack.
I was thinking about taking some old headphones and cutting the wire at the end of the headphone jack and just plug it in whenever the sound starts.
Can anyone give me some ideas on what to do on solving this problem? I have looked in the pass threads and found some different ideas but none stated about plugging a plug into the speaker jack.
Thank you,
Mark
