Sonic MyDVD is missing!?

i have a T42p with dvd multiburner and i believe i had ibm record now and sonic mydvd. anyway, i installed some other dvd software and upgraded sonic but now i seem to be missing the sonic mydvd program and can't find it.

do you know how i can re-download or re-install it? or am i crazy and the only software that came on my ibm was recordnow? i have sonic express labeler but not the burning program.

You cannot download application programs from the IBM web site but you should be able to recover the original factory install from the HPA. First check to make sure that just the startup menu item was not removed (ie that the program is still in the Program Files directory.

If you don't have the program on your computer, look in IBMTOOLS folder under C:\ and you will find all programs there and you should be able to set it up again.

But...why do you want this program? I've never liked it and am happy with RecordNow only. If you need a program where you can add files to and delete files from a CD or DVD on an ongoing basis, there is DLA....part of RecordNow Suite. I personally don't use this one either.
