Procedure entry point? wireless error

#1 Post by stuartf » Thu May 31, 2007 10:46 am

I have been having troubles on boot up (it sometimes freezes at the ThinkPad screen) so Lenovo told me to do a driver upgrade. I did tha and now my wireless connection (Intel 2200) is not working).

When the machien starts I get an error message "procedure entry point?AcSvcGetWLConnectionStatus@@YAHPAGVCAcWlStatus@@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library AcSvcStul.dll"

Huh??

Any hints? The wired connection works fine.

I'm having the exact same problem, after a routine driver upgrade. I'm hoping the next upgrade resolves the problem. In the meantime, the wireless connectivity provided by Windows XP works fine on my machine.

I just went to the Lenovo download site and found a new driver upgrade. It resolved my problem. It's dated July 17.
