How to find what version of Rescue and Recovery I have?

I just loaded PerfectDisk 7 on my T42. When I ran the program, it crashed with a message directing me to the Lenovo website, which tells me I have to upgrade my Rescue and Recovery prog. to ver. 4. But how one goes about upgrading depends on whether you have ver. 3 or ver. 3.1 installed; but I can't find this info. anywhere on my T42. Does anyone know how?

Problem gone - updated PerfectDisk!
