I'm looking at the configuration of a laptop, specifically the "PC Protection Service." I'm curious as to what the difference between Computrace Complete and Computrace Personal Edition are, since sales (and IBM's site) can't easily tell me.
I'm also curious as to if both offer the same level of "PC protection services" in regards to drops and spills. In general, Personal Edition is cheaper (except for first year, in which the Complete edition is cheaper).
Any explanation clearing this up would be appreciated.

I was curious about that too, and found the link to the actual website of Computrace. It was somewhat helpful. Definitely more info than what's on IBM's site.
About the warranty coverage, I was completely lost as to what was on their site, because it stated that it was for businesses, (Onsite repair, etc), and I'm just a student.
I called them up to place my order, and told them I wanted a 3 year warranty, with accidental damage, and he just quoted me over the phone (300 by the way).
It was easier to just do everything on the phone. Have them tell you everything on the computer, and double check, etc. etc. They were VERY helpful during my ordering process.
