Linksys WPC54G Wireless-G Notebook Adapter on a T20?

#1 Post by alasdair » Tue Oct 12, 2004 7:01 am

Can anyone confirm that the Linksys WPC54G Wireless-G Notebook Adapter will slot straight into a T20? I'm going to go with this forum's advice and I'm going to buy a WRT54G router. I just hope the WPC54G fits as I'm close to buying one from eBay!

It's a standard PCMCIA wireless card so there shouldn't be a problem. I use a PCMCIA card in my T30 at work and had one in my 600E at home also.

my two cents... I recently purchased the WPC54G and installed to my T21 under Win98SE, using it with T-mobile Hotspot in Borders and the Fed-ex Kinkos stores. No problems. The software includes a 'site survey' and will detect Wi-Fi if it exists.
