2010:the hard disk drive you have installed has not been qualified for use in this computer or does not have the lastest firmware.
using a drive that is not qualified may cause compatibility issues and potential data loss.
to automatically continue after this message is displayed without having to press(Esc), restart the computer , press(F1) during power-on and look under "startup" in the BIOS setup utility.

help me to remove this massage that appered to me whenever i boot my machine this case happed when i swapped the hard drive old one by new one,and how can i make update to the firmware.

Your problem usually results from using a non-IBM or Lenovo branded hard drive on a T43, R52 or X41.
