T42 Hard drive Upgrade

I have a 2373 M3U with a 7k60 Hitachi hard drive. I want to upgrade to a 120 or 160 GB drive. I have heard of other people having some problems with making such an upgrade. If I clone my old drive to the new one, should I expect any problems?

you shouldn't because only the T43s have the 2010 error problem and not the T42, T41 or T40. You can put any drive you want in there as long as it fits

YOu can clone your drive also but i wouldn't, fresh install always frees the mind
