Bios Update Problem

Hi,

I have a problem on my T41P. I'm trying to update the Bios from version 3.21 to 3.23. I have tried couple of times but nothing happens. The update software goes through completely but after reboot nothing. The Bios still is 3.21

I have a supervisor password. I disabled it. But still I can't update. Its not on dock and the battery is full.

Any idea?

I had the same problem in the past trying to upgrade the BIOS in my T42 with the Windows version of the BIOS update. Others have experienced this as well. The diskette version works fine.

Do check in your BIOS setup menu that the Flash BIOS option is allowed.

I had the same problem last week. Use a USB diskette drive.
