Atheros AR5004G chipset - ar5211.sys error

I have a following Atheros AR5004G chipset mini PCI card from eBay. After I reinstall XP. It starts to crash it - blue screen error.

ar5211.sys - Address F745D57F base at F74QD000, ...

I did googling, it says incorrect driver or sort of hardware incompatibility.

Anybody has a link to Atheros AR5004G driver, thank you?

3.x atheros is way too old. I suggest trying a stable 4.1x or 4.2x driver.

Here is my feedback.

With Atheros v3.x driver gave me that error when I use ThinkVantage System Update v3.x. When it reaches over 2MB out of 100MB+ downloads, it crashed.

Now, with v5.3.0.35 driver works fine. Everything downloaded and upgraded well.
