Thinkpad T40 Freeze Up

Hello,
My T40 recently has started Freezing up all together over the past few months the screen has been flickering. Although since yesterday morning the Laptop has just gone into a mode where if you slightly move it, the whole thing will just freeze up.

Im sending it back today however and getting either a repair or replacement, but it would be nice if someone could tell me what it is for future refrence. I beleive it to be the graphics card.

looking through it now.
Funny enough i did do a search in the forums and did not come upon this post i think my eyes were mislead looking just for the T40
