CLEAN INSTALL of Vista on a T43 w/x300?

Can someone tell me how to do a CLEAN INSTALL of Vista on a T43 w/x300?

I haven't bought the vista yet, so Im still in the planning phase.

ok but does microsoft give you a visibly clear option of a clean install?

Also, does the T43 w/x300 require anything special after vista installation?

ok well you've never installed an OS before? While it's not complicated as much as some would expect you should definitely do your reading. First thing you should probaly do is go to Lenovo's site and download all the drivers for your machine and burn them toa CD. After that and backing up all of your data you boot from the disc and then format the drive. That will erase everything from it and that's where the name "clean" install comes from. After that Vista will do it's thing and then you'll be presended with a fresh install. Most of your devices will work out the box with Vista but some (fingerprint reader is one) wont work if you have it.
