T41p - Factory Recovery Error (1810 : Parition Layout)

Hi All,
Today I received my T41p.

While re-installing the OS (Factory Default using Predesktop Area), it is always giving "User Authentication Error".

It displays Error 1810 & gives two options.

1. If predesktop is deleted, then change the BIOS setting accordingly.

2. If you want to restore to factory defaults, then just press ENTER.

After pressing ENTER, it displays "User Authentication Error".

What is this error and how to solve this problem?

I found some methods on Net, one of them is http://www.homep.de/alt/ibm_lenovo_bios_passwort.html.
