WD Scorpio 160 gb on T41?

I'm planning to upgrade hard disk in my T41 (2374-TG6) I'd like to put WD Scorpio 1600BEVE inside. Is it possible? Can I expect any problem?

Shouldn't be any issues as that appears to be a PATA drive.

I recently installed a Hitachi 5K160 (pretty much identical in specs to the WD Scorpio you're interested in) in my T40 and it worked right off the bat with no issues.

It shouldn't be a problem.

I put a WD1600BEAE in my T41 without issues.

(2MB cache version)
HP DV2422CA
AMD Turion 64 X2 1.8 GHz
14.1" WXGA (1280 x 800) TFT LCD
Nvidia Geforce 6150 Go
2.0 GB DDR2
Fujitsu 160GB 5400 RPM HD
DVD Lightscribe Multi Recorder/CD-RW
801.11a/b/g
Bluetooth dongle

T41 was successfully upgraded with WD Scorpio 1600BEVE, and original Hitachi became external :-)
