Mine will be here Wednesday.

Set one up for a client last week. Breathtaking. Blazing speed. Amazing form factor given the performance. Decided I just had to have one!

Thought about the Q1U instead but I've never bought the "top" of the line before (I always go just one notch lower). I gave up .1ghz (I'll never see the difference), the Fingerprint Reader (way cool but not something I really need), the Generation 2 Multiburner, and possibly the Generation 2 IBM a/b/g WiFi, but ... I decided the KXU would be "just fine," LOL!

I've had mine about 2 weeks now, most excellent! The size is amazing for what you get, performance is excellent, and the case is solid. The flexview is a site to behold.

espresso - I feel like I've missed an episode here - why did you sell your Thinkpad? More to the point, why are you telling us?

I was hoping to get some comments from others that have purchased the KXU model that I just ordered.

I'm sorry but that wasn't clear, to me at least, from your original message.
