T-20 DISPLAY TROUBLESHOOT

In case this will help anyone else troubleshooting a T-20.
I purchased a used T-20 and after a few months the display all went to the lower right corner of the LCD. I played w/ "settings" and restored it... I thought. It failed again a week or so later.
I finally punched the F11 button and restored the original config.
It worked!!! But only for a month. Repeated whole process. Bingo...good fro another couple of weeks.
Had my Computer Guru take a look. Turns out the cable linking the LCD to the computer was bad. When the screen was opened to certain point it worked. Open it more and it went to the lower right corner. He could even wiggle the lid and the display moved back and forth.
Similair problems???? Check the cable.
