t42 15" flexview bright spot on left side

I noticed that my t42 15" flexview has a small bright spot on the left center edge of the screen when looking at a black background. Also, the top edge seems a bit bright also.

Does anybody know if this is normal for these screens? It just looks a little strange.

Looks like I have a similar problem with my T42. First I saw a spot, which looked like stain, but it wasn't. Today, I brought to screen a dark colored image, a few more problematic stains appeared
Did you find out what to do? My laptop is still in it's guarantee period. Should I look for the replacement?

Are your spots near the edges? I just have small spot near the left edge so that it's not really too bad. I didn't find out what to do. I was still in the return period and found a cheaper edu discount so I just ordered a new one of the same model. I will see if it's on that one too.

Maybe these bright spots are only with flexviews? I saw a 15" non-flexview before and didn't see any spots.
