T42 Ulta Bay Battery Intermitent Charging

Hello everyone i am a NOOB here :lol: .
I have a T42 with a brand new Ultra Bay Battery. The problem i am having is the charging software isnt always recognizing the battery. Hence its inserted and not charging. Sometimes after repeat removal and installs it finally sees it and starts charging from the Ultra bay.. any suggestions? I did do a search but couldnt find my exact issue

hmm... weird. I was thinking that that it might either be a problem with the battery itself or the charging port. Do you have a friend or another system to test it with?
