I'm getting psyched!

I just checked the order status for the T42 I'm waiting for (model 2379R9U) and the delivery date has dropped from 11/15 to 11/9. I'm hoping it will ship earlier than that, I ordered it on 10/6.

It will probably come earlier. So far, both T42s I've ordered have come significantly sooner than the date posted. It seems that computer companies like to do that.

I just ordered my parents a Dell (I know, I know... ) and it was only supposed to be shipped on Nov. 1st, and it already arrived yesterday. Crazy stuff. Now I get to go set it up for them. I'm stoked, something new to play with.

I can confirm that the shipping dates are not correct on the web site. Mine was scheduled for 11/02 ship date and it came on 10/27, only a week after I ordered it, actually.
