What am improvement!

It has always taken 2-3 minutes after boot up for my wireless to connect to my Cisco access point. After installing SP2 it connects within 15 seconds after boot is complete.

It's working for me!

Yep, SP2 fixes the 60/120-sec wireless connection bug. But if you disable wireless zero config and keep IBM Access Connections, that 120-second delay comes right back :P
