1.0ghz 133 possible in a T21??

#1 Post by wogeboy » Mon Nov 01, 2004 8:43 pm

Got a nice T21 on Ebay 2647-8AU last week.
Currently has a 800mhz cpu.

Question: Can I upgrade to a 900 / 933 or 1000 cpu in this?
512cache ?
Does it need to be 100bus or can board run 133bus?

Thanks...Dan

Nope, cant go that high, you need a different mobo. I think the A22 were the ones that went up to 1ghz. They all will run at a 100mhz fsb.

You can use either a 900 or 1 gig, 100 FSB
Use a good thermal compound, will work perfectly.
