Neither nor. Btw, "PC133" doesn't really mean much in that particular case. Very very (very...) few PC133 sticks do work, most don't. It's the internal organisation that has to match the requirements of the chipset. And in your case (T20, T21 and T22), the i440BX chipset is quite picky.

No, won't work. You're looking for the 30L3069/30L3070.
