T22 locked ?

What can that mean ? Is this repariable ?

it means there is a password that needs to be entered. blow the dust off your crystal ball, you're gonna need it ;)

Is that password for Harddrive, for the motherboard , for bios, or for what could it be ? :!:

Depends. First you see the lock. If there is just a power on password, and you give it, then the lock disappears and you get it (take out the battery and fully drain the remaining charge in the circuitry will usually get rid of the power on password - check google and your manual). If there is a hard disk password that is the same as the power on password, then you will see a little 1 in the lock indicating that. Otherwise, if there is a hard disk password that is different, a new lock will appear. Fun, isn't it.
