Bluetooth with T42? (2379DXu or 2378DXu)

Hi all,

I checked the IBM website and compare the specs from the IBM Mobile Systems, Thinkpad Computer Hardware Maintenance Manual April 2004.

It clearly stated both the above models comes loaded with Bluetooth. But the IBM sales website specs do not list them: http://www-132.ibm.com/webapp/wcs/store ... Id=2049168

Which information is reliable? What if I ordered and do not have the bluetooth BMDC II board fitted?

Both the 2378DXU and 2379DXU have Bluetooth. The website is wrong. When in doubt, refer to the TABOOK. It has the most accurate information.
