Can I use a T20 powerbrick with a T43?

Hi: Simple question--- I have an old T20 powerbrick and was wondering if this could be used with my T43. The output on both bricks seems to be the same (16V, 4.5A), but the input numbers are slightly different (although this shouldn't matter, right?). As I'm not an electrical engineer, or even scientifically literate, I thought I'd check with the experienced folks here first. Many thanks in advance!
