Will Hitachi come out with SATA 7K100 2.5" HDD soon?

some industry observers are now saying Intel plans to launch Somana in mid-Jan'05 (not Q2 as previously rumored).

so will Hitachi announce this SATA 7K100 soon?


pls note that the 5K100 has both SATA and regular PATA (parallel ATA).

No idea, but I'm still waiting for a 7K80...
T60p (200784U) - standard (no upgrades... yet)
