T42 - No power, drive, sleep or other indicator lights

I have a T42 which the inverter died. No problem, I swapped the inverter. That worked, but the panel indicator lights don't work. I put the inverter in another T42, and those lamps work fine.

Any ideas? This has me stumped. I have not put the LCD back on (I have not bought one yet).
