HELP: Wires on T-series fan?

I have problems with my T21 fan. It doesn't work when it starts booting Windows. Can it be softwareproblem? I have opened the computer and tested the fan, by using 4.5V batteries, so the fan isn't broken.

I am now looking at the coolingblock and fan. Does anyone know what the two middle wires are for? There is 1 red , 1 orange, 1 blue and 1 black. The orange and blue could be the ones that has some kind of heatsensor and by connecting these could the fan start??

Any ideas? All help is good help.
