The title says it. I have a good Lcd T-2x series that I could buy and I was wondering if it's possible. Is there a problem with the inverter?

No, you can't put the T30 sxga to the T40. They are totally different kind. T30 lcd has 20 input pin, T40 lcd has 30 pin.
