USB modem not working

Hello,

I am a newbie here.

Anyone have idea what going on, for my laptop.

I have a problem, that my USB modem not working. Everytime plug in the usb cable to usb port the usb modem is death cant work at all.

So I confirm the usb modem different laptop like T42 model 2373L57 is working. Then i try 2373L57 hard disk to my 2373N64 is working.

However i try my 2373N64 hard disk to 2373L57 laptop the usb port is not working.


I dont really like to install new OS again bcoz I have many software no backup on it. I try to use XP CD repair also no go.

I guess my OS USB driver corrupt. Anyway to fix it?
