SM Driver Missing

What program/driver do I need to install to fix a missing SM Driver on a t43 running Win XP Pro?

I am not booted into Windows at the moment to check, but I was thinking it might be one of the Intel Chipset drivers. The following couple of threads seems to confirm this.

This was the solution;

The Exe files that are need are located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Lenovo.

Start | run | cmd (Enter) | CD C:\Program Files\Common Files\Lenovo

1) SM BIOS Service: psainst.exe -install
2) SM Bus Service: i2cinst.exe -install

IBM Still has not got back with an answer.
