UltraNav Pointing Device not working after Winxp reinstall

Mine is T40, problem:

After I deleted Hidden Partition and installed Winxp, the UltraNav pointing Device and touching pad doesn't work any more. I think I installed all needed drivers from \drivers and \Ibmtool, also downloaded latest drivers and installed.. Checked "device manager", all items show no problem.

Are you sure you didn't disable them? Press Fn + F8 to check.

Usually the touchpad would work out of the box

Also check the BIOS settings. The trackpad can be completely disabled from there.
