Cisco 802.11b card

I've ordered myself one of the T42p UXGA units from the Lenovo refurb store - the 10% sale pushed me over the edge. Even though I have a T60p UXGA from my work, I always missed my old T42 and decided to purchase one for my personal unit.

Seems like an ideal config except I'm puzzled by the Cisco 802.11b wireless - seems kind of low-end even for a computer of this vintage. What would be a suggested compatible replacement. Sorry for the NOOB question, I find lots of articles about other wireless cards but very few references to this Cisco card other than it seems to be quite highly thought of (if this is the same Cisco I have seen mentioned). Thanks for any help offered.
