T40 ATA66 or ATA100?

Simple question, does T40 (2373) benefit beyond ATA66? Plannig upgrade to SSD.

Hi, yes, ATA100 is what all T40..T43 support.
760CD -> 770X -> 600E -> T23 -> T40 -> T42 -> T400 -> T430

Thanks, already ordered Samsung 4GB 53/30 MB/s SSD: http://geizhals.at/deutschland/a281323.html , but was thinking alternative solutions, like dual cf ide adapter + 2x CF 4GB combo in raid0, but thought it would be too problematic.
