Am I the only one interested in this machine? I don't read about anybody else interested in this machine, I'm beginning to wonder if I made the right choice. Any particular reason why nobody is talking about the CYU?
I know Daniel purchased it but then returned it because of the dead pixel and the ghosting issue.
Bill, how much longer for delivery?

Does it support DVI pass thru?
Looks like an interesting model but I must have DVI pass thru with the docking station. In the past, only the "p" workstation models supported DVI pass thru, but the ATI 9600 supports DVI so I'm curious if they changed this?
i think you can pass through any thinkpad on the dock to get DVI. dock ii and mini dock descriptions say, "compatible with all thinkpads, X, T, A, and R(for minidock)." anyway im pretty sure if in the past you couldn't pass through for dvi, now you can.
personally, im not interested in dvdrw b/c it's totally unnecessary for me. also, cd writing is slower than the normal cdrw.

Despite the fact I drive a Fiat UNO (at least, for the moment...) I have ordered a 2373 CWU which is almost exactly the same as the CYU but it has a standard CDRW-DVD combo instead of the DVD burner which I have no use for.
For me it seems a reasonable workhorse type of machine, with a large screen and adequate graphics capabilities for someone who gets seasick watching Counter Strike. I like the idea of a large hard disk, and I feel I owe myself a T4* before I shuffle off this mortal coil - Bill has yet to confirm delivery expectaion, but I expect to see it at about the time I receive my new car - your guess is as good as mine as to which gets its photo on the web first...
I can't actually see a *question* in the original post, but I'd be willing to answer anything, within the bounds of reasonable logic (and the UNO workshop manual)
