Windows problem with reading as AC power?

#1 Post by dementedlemur » Sun Nov 14, 2004 5:56 pm

I have an R31 and a T21 that have this strange problem with saying that it is on battery power even when the AC adaptor is plugged in. Anyone else have this problem? The t21 won't charge the battery anymore and it seems that the R31 is starting to do the same.

A trivial question: Does any juice come out of the cable? You can check carefully with the tongue, but do so at your own risk (I do it sometimes, and never burned my tongue).

Instead of your tongue? In general, or only for testing power bricks?

No prob ... :D your easiest solution is Restore CD's... maybe another member can point you in a direction where you can borrow or buy a set.....

that'll fix my weird choppy sound issue you think? i wouldn't know where to begin looking for restore cd's. i dont necessarily want to pour money into it if it turns out that doesn't fix it either. have you ever heard of a laptop doing that before or do i have a lemon?
