IBM Recovery and Rescue 2.0

I have the most recent version of the above program installed on my Thinkpad. However, I noticed that the option to startup from the suspend mode is no longer available. Has this feature being removed?

My X200 745533M has no features of creating R&R disk. Does any one has the image for it plus the drivers image as well?
