T42p bluetooth problems

I have a T42p (see my sig) with a T43 bluetooth module (FRU 39T0022) I bought on this forum. It worked perfectly fine in Linux however, I ran into some trouble when installing Windows.

I can't get the machine to detect it. The bluetooth LED underneath the screen won't light up. It did work before in Linux when appropriate commands were executed so I know it did work before. In Window, I have the Bluetooth Enumerator in Control Panel under Devices but the device itself doesn't appear and none of the IBM BT software I installed would find it either. Toggling the Fn-F5 button brings up a warning about the wireless (Intel card now) but nothing about BT.

I tried removing the module, booting Windows, then shutting it down and do the same cycle with module installed just to see if it resets but the LED won't come up still.

Anyone has any ideas?

I noticed my wireless icon doesn't work either but the wireless card seems to work just fine.
