SXGA+ Epicness

#1 Post by Pyroraptor » Wed Jan 09, 2008 3:38 pm

I -finally- managed to get this SXGA+ LCD installed on my T40 (as well as the long fan) and I just can't believe the resolution! It's unbelieveable! I'm probably going to end up not using my external 19" SXGA screen at all anymore, the DPI and resolution are nothing near how amazing this is. Everything is just so clear and crisp, I cringe now at the thought of using XGA again. And as for UXGA, well, I don't have any idea how anyone could ever use that res on a 14" screen, it would just be too extreme... and yet totally amazing..

That's all. Nothing important, just another happy thinkpad user! :D

I just had the same experience after dropping an SXGA+ LCD into my T41. The difference is amazing. I don't know how I managed to live with XGA for so long!
