T42:: Acting CRAZY LATELY! Restarts ALOT!! Video issue??

I'm hoping by some LUCK from GOD; that someone can help me.. For the past 3 weeks, my T42 has gone crazy! I don't know whether something has came loose physically; or if it's a software issue... Here's the problem:

When my laptop is on; if I pick it up to move it, or if I tilt the screen at all: The laptop turns black for a second and then restarts!

Once I am back in Windows, I get the error message from Windows saying that there is an error in Windows "Send" or "Don't Send" the error to microsoft.. Once I send the error; it says that the error was caused by the Video Driver (ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7500).. I've gone to the LENOVO site and downloaded the driver; and re-installed it however the issue keeps happening...
