t41p stock memory

Hi, I was wondering if someone who has a t41p (model #2373GEU) could go to the following link and check what kind of RAM memory is installed on their machine -

When I do this, it says "38L4903 31P9833 512MB PC2100 CL2.5 NP DDR SDRAM SODIMM F" for the memory. I thought t41p was supposed to come with PC2700 memory. Or am I wrong?

It looks like my 2373-KTU also comes with PC2100 RAMs

Actually I think the FRU number of the RAM is wrong. It should be 31P9834 (1GB) instead. I don't know why we can not find the correct configuration of our laptop, but I do think the RAM used in T41/p and T42/p are PC2700.

mine too. But then when I use cpu-z to look at the system info, the ram is listed as Infineon PC2700 running at 166mhz and latency of 2.5
