Storing Li-Ion Batteries

#1 Post by kjarrett » Thu Nov 25, 2004 10:37 am

I've read lots of stuff, the most "official" and believable that batteries should be stored with an 80% charge.

Do you all concur? Thoughts?

What about ambient temps? Should they be in the fridge? (Can't wait to see what the wife will say to THAT...)

Thanks, kj

in the fridge, wrapped in an airtight bag, with all air squeezed out (I have one there now)... of course, the best way is to buy it when you need one....

refer from that page. it said 1st and 50th charge is the same. no such thing like charge 8 hours or more in 1st charge. I still see a lot of manual said you should charge 8-10 hours (initial charge) for LI-ION battery.

any ida ?
