Battery running down

Hi All,

I have a T42 at work and when its plugged into the mains the battery is slowley running down. I put a new battery into it and it was saying 99%, this was a couple of weeks ago, and now its down to 2%... I have tried a couple of batterys in it now

I have replaced the mains adapter, Docking station.... so i guess it must be a hardware fault with the laptop? Anyone else seen this?

I reckon its the charging circuit.

There is a fuse that sometimes blows that will cause those symptoms.

I don't know about that.

But MY fuse has nearly blown!

I bought a T41 off ebay last July. Lasted til september (mobo\chassi flex suspected).
The worst part of it was the seller sold it with about 10 days warranty left but didnt realise or tell me.
If I'd known I would have extended it at that time...

This time around at least I have the warranty..
