40 series and Dock II video -multi monitors

Does anyone have any experience running dual external displays when system is a 40-43 series and on the full dock II?

If so, is there anything to look out for? Does the video chipset matter much? ie; intel vs ati?

I usually go dual screen with the HYDRAVISION program of my ATI Radeon 7500. Graphic cards shouldn't matter but it has to support dual monitoring. I like the convenience of the HYDRAVISION program but I did not try with another laptop that has a NVidia graphic card. My laptop is a T40 2373-8U0 if that helps.

BUT>.. was this while the ThinkPad was on the Full dock.... ie; dock II?

I don't have any experience with dual monitor support on a dock II, but I was researching it yesterday and I ran across this Thinkwiki page which lists the video cards reported to work in it. Hope it helps.
