Change battery charge thresholds on a T41 (2373-2FG)?

I've downloaded the power management driver for T41 and the power manager for T43 (couldn't find it on the T41 servicepage at Lenovo site) but I can't see the option under battery information in power manager.

Is the feature of changing battery charge threshold even available/possible on the T41 system?

And if so; can anyone post screenshots of where you change the threshold settings?

It is possible only with a system board T42 and higher.

It is possible only with a system board T42 and higher. Or the embedded controller has to be modified.
